As a small business owner and the sole creator of these pieces, I can only accept refunds or replacements if a piece does not reach you or is damaged on arrival. This must be arranged within 30 days of purchase. 

Please do not hesitate to contact me if this is the case. The issue will be assessed and a refund processed where applicable. If an item is damaged in the post, please take photographs. IN this instance, free postage will be provided to return the item to my workshop.
