Pieces in stock are dispatched within 2-3 working days following receipt of payment. If you are purchasing a made-to-order item, please allow up to 2 weeks for making and dispatch.

Returns & Refunds
As a small business owner and the sole creator of these pieces, I can only accept refunds or replacements if a piece does not reach you or is damaged on arrival . This must be arranged within 30 days of purchase.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if this is the case. The issue will be assessed and a refund processed where applicable.
If an item is damaged in the post, please take photographs. IN this instance, free postage will be provided to return the item to my workshop.
